Finn Ryan is a producer and educator based in Madison, WI who was our on-site technology liaison throughout webcast planning. Barb Hummel, who currently serves on its Board of Directors, acted as our on-site webcast coordinator. In addition to facilitating programs and retreats for the Center, she consults with organizations to tap existing strengths and identify new options for improving work and/or community environments, and coaches leaders to accelerate their interpersonal and professional development. Her previous work involved directing an organizational improvement network of nearly 300 businesses and organizations, and working in the physical disability and mental health fields.
